Database access

Feel free to explore the TelNet database.

Search

For a convenient quick search throughout all fields a keyword can be entered into the search bar. To constrain the found set to certain fileds, the user can select the fields of choice. A list search enables the user to enter a whole list of genes or other identifiers. By performing advanced search the user can enter various search terms in different fields.

Statistics

For a current found set database statistics can be shown. These consist of a short summary of the performed search and charts for the gene distribution of cellular and TM function as well as TM significance and the TelNet score. The list of gene symbols and respective identifiers as well as selected annotations is prepared for data export as tab separated file.
